Not a dull moment in Friedrichshain! A true melting pot of different cultures, it gives you all that the city has to offer from exciting start-ups, lovely neighbourhood restaurants to clubs. And if you ever might need a break: take a walk along the waterfront and enjoy the sun setting over the Spree. CHECK-IN: If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month. If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month CHECKOUT: If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. Who is eligible to book a room? Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. More information about your future flatmates: It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
