You live in a well-kept residential complex with historic buildings and a park-like environment. The Wilhelminian style buildings were built in 1902 and served as barracks for a long time. In the 2000s, the listed barracks complex was converted into modern condominiums.
A private parking space is available to you free of charge. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes by car and about 20 minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity you will find, among other things, a bakery, a pizzeria, a snack bar and a sushi restaurant. In about 7 minutes on foot you can reach a supermarket (500 m).

Du wohnst in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage mit historischen Gebäuden und einer parkähnlichen Umgebung. Die Gründerzeitgebäude wurden 1902 errichtet und dienten lange als Kaserne. In den 2000er-Jahren wurde die denkmalgeschützte Kasernenanlage in moderne Eigentumswohnungen umgebaut.
Dir steht ein privater Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung. In 5 Minuten bist Du mit dem Auto in der Innenstadt, zu Fuß sind es circa 20 Minuten.
Im direkten Umfeld findest Du unter anderem eine Bäckerei, eine Pizzeria, einen Imbiss und ein Sushi-Restaurant. In circa 7 Gehminuten erreichst Du einen Supermakt (500 m).
