English: The apartment ist located in the hip quarter around Torstraße in Mitte. Oranienburger Tor ist right around the corner and the Jewish Quarter, Hackescher Markt and Friedrichstraße are within walking distance. Public transport (Bus, Tram, S-Bahn und U-Bahn) can be reached within a maximum of a 5 min. walk and there are lots of bars and restaurants (from cheap to Michelin Star) in the neighbourhood. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a corner-building which lets a lot of light enter from two sides, even during winter. Please keep in mind that the building does not have an elevator. German: Die Wohnung befindet sich im angesagten Torstraßen-Kiez in Mitte. Oranienburger Tor, Hackeschen Markt, das Jüdische Viertel und die Friedrichstraße sind gleich um die Ecke. Innerhalb von max. 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel /U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn). des Weiteren gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants (von günstig bis Michelin Stern) in der Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und liegt in einem Eckgebäude. Man hat dadurch sogar im Winter viel Licht. Bitte daran denken, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt.
