The apartment is very centrally located on a quiet side street in Essen. It is situated on the second floor of a three-storey building without an elevator. The interior features: a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, three rooms (two single beds in each room), a flat-screen TV, and a dining or work desk. Each room has two beds for maximum flexibility and privacy. One room includes a cozy double bed, perfect for an additional couple or for transforming the living area into an extra sleeping space at night. The separate kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a stovetop with oven, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, as well as dishes and cutlery. A washing machine for shared use is located in the basement stairwell. Parking and Wi-Fi are free of charge. Upon request, we are happy to provide a coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, iron, and bath towels.
