We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and tidy successor tenant who will treat the apartment, renovated and furnished with great dedication, with care and values a trusting tenancy. The apartment is quietly located. Leaving the windows open at night is no problem. The neighborhood is quiet and helpful. A large communal garden is right outside the door, as well as a nice sports facility and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. It takes 10 minutes to walk to S-Bahn station Pankow, and the bus (X54, 255, 250) stops nearby. The pictures still show personal items/small electrical appliances that are not part of the apartment. WiFi and GEZ are included as well as the other extra charges like water, gas, electricity, heating.
