Im gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich befindet sich ein bequemes Sofa, ein Fernseher, eine Lampe die auch als Musikbox fungiert, ein Sideboard und eine gemütlich Essecke. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche besitzen einen Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster, einem Wasserkocher und einem ausklappbarem Tisch. Alle Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
