English: The flat is very Centraly located. public transports, bars, restaurants, parcs and supermarkets are all prosh to the appartment. Any other neighborhood of Berlin is easy to reach. The flat is for 2 people convenient but the coach can be use for up 2 additional guest as visit. The appartment is very bright with a cosy balcony. It is a non smoking appartment. Perfect for 2 tenants, but would fit for 2 addtional guests. Sorry, no pets. Connection to the BER airport very easy. German: Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Bars, Restaurants, Parks und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Jeder andere Stadtteil Berlins ist leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet, aber der Bus kann für bis zu 2 weitere Gäste als Besuch genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen gemütlichen Balkon. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Perfekt für 2 Mieter, aber auch für 2 zusätzliche Gäste geeignet. Leider keine Haustiere. Die Anbindung an den Flughafen BER ist sehr gut.
