3 rooms apartment of 125 m² in Berlin

English: Our new maisonette apartment, on the ground floor and first floor in a quiet street, is bright, quiet and has upscale furnishings (new kitchen, floor heating/cooling, sun protection, etc.). We moved in about 1.5 years ago when the building was built, so it is in very good condition and we are happy to rent it out to responsible and nice people during our 2-month sabbatical. There is a nice large kitchen/living room with terrace (south facing) to the garden as well as a balcony on the first floor and 3 bedrooms/children's rooms on the first floor - one of which has a balcony. We have one bathroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor. In our green courtyard, which we share with our very nice neighbors, with whom we planned and carried out this construction project together, there is a sandpit, a meadow, etc. German: Unsere neue Maisonette-Wohnung im EG und 1. Stock ist hell, ruhig und hat eine gehobene Ausstattung (neue EBK, Fußbodenheizung, Sonnenschutz etc.). Wir sind erst vor knapp 1,5 Jahen eingezogen, daher ist sie in sehr gutem Zustand und wir vermieten sie in der Zeit unseres 2-monatigen Sabbaticals gern an verantwortungsbewußte und nette Menschen. Es gibt eine schöne große Wohnküche mit Terasse (Südausrichtung) sowie ein Arbeitszimmer im Erdgeschoss und 3 Schlafzimmer/Kinderzimmer in 1.OG - eines davon mit Balkon. Wir haben je ein Bad im EG und im 1.OG. In unserem grünen Hof, den wir mit unseren sehr netten Nachbarm, mit denen wir dieses Bauprojekt gemeinsam geplant und durchgeführt haben, teilen, gibt es einen Sandkasten, eine Wiese etc.
