(8 hours/month) This is to ensure the maintenance of the apartment. +Our bathroom has been newly renovated. +The kitchen has all necessary equipment for cooking as well as a new fridge, a washing machine and a new dishwasher. +The living room has a designated working desk, also we have co-working spaces nearby. +All shelves + cupboards will be emptied so the tenants have plenty of space for their belongings.
