No noise, since far away from the street but with very good connections by train and bus. The flat has a very comfortable room arrangement; all the needed amenities and tools are included, excepting your clothes and cosmetics :-). The furniture is stilisch and actually selected for comfortably living (. originally for myself). A cellar is also included. Next supermarket at less than three hundert meters distance, others also located at walking distance. German: Wohnung in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofs Attilastrasse in Berlin Tempelhof. Fünfte Etage mit Aufzug und schöner Aussicht über die Grünanlage. Kein Lärm, da weit weg von der Straße, aber sehr gute Anbindung an Bahn und Bus. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr komfortable Raumaufteilung; alle Annehmlichkeiten und Utensilien sind vorhanden, bis auf Kleidung und Kosmetik :-). Die Möbel sind stilvoll und eigentlich zum gemütlichen Wohnen ausgesucht (. ursprünglich für mich selbst). Ein Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der nächste Supermarkt ist weniger als dreihundert Meter entfernt, andere sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
