English: Our home is a freshly renovated apartment in Berlin's vibrant Prenzlauer Berg district. It is located 2 km (4 tram stops) away from Alexanderplatz and offers proximity both to Kollwitzkiez as well as Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine and juice squeezer.
Bedroom is equipped with a 160cm wide bed and height adjustable desk for a comfortable working space.
The flat is located on the second floor and the building is not equipped with an elevator. Due to its south side exposure, the apartment is bright throughout the day. The building is 300m away from Greifswalder Strasse which is quite a busy street, so if you are very sensitive to the street noise, this flat might not be ideal for you. However, when the windows are closed, the flat is perfectly quiet due to a triple glass in the windows.
The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It is an open space flat, with a bedroom open to the living room as well as an open kitchen area. It is spacious and offers a typical Berlin old building charm thanks to its 3,20 m high ceilings, typical Berlin wooden floorboards and stucco.
Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine and juice squeezer. All utensils as well as spices, coffee, tea will be available for our guests during their stay.
Bedroom is equipped with a height adjustable desk and offers a comfortable working space. Bed is 160 cm wide and 200 cm long.
Bathroom has a washing machine and will have towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel for our guests.
Living room has a big comfortable sofa, smart TV 55’ and a round table for 4 persons. The sofa does not have a sleeping function.
Please note that this flat is our primary home, we live here and make it available for our guests during our travels. Our personal belongings will be removed for this time, however the books, magazines and bathroom and kitchen equipment are available for our guests.
Other things to note
Parking: At day time, you will find a parking lot most likely close to the house for 2 €/hour, 16 hours/day - free on Sundays. A parking app like EasyPark is recommended for easy use.
Bikes: At the moment, due to the renovation of the building, bike storage is not available in the premises.
Pets: Our apartment is dog friendly. We will be happy to host you with your furry friend.
Please note that the building in which our apartment is located is currently undergoing a renovation, with a limited impact on the living comfort. At the moment only minor works are being carried out, however due to them the balcony is not yet usable.
