At this stage, due to popular demand during the oncoming summer season and expos, the entire space will be made available only and exclusively for business travelers, closed groups and/or parties.
HOWEVER, DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, EXCEPTIONS SHALL PREVAIL !
What you will get:
SECOND FLOOR:
There is a brand new, fully equipped, state-of-the art MIELE kitchen, complete with stove, dishwasher, fridge & freezer and a small seating area. Obviously, all cooking & kitchenware are an integral part of it.
You will find 6 bright, newly refurbished rooms equipped with designer office work desks and Swiss boxspring beds.
The 3 larger rooms ( 18 to 25 m2) boast ultra comfortable Swiss box spring beds ( for 1 or 2 persons ea. ) and the 3 smaller rooms ( up to 10 m2 ea.) come with standard single beds ( for 1 person ).
If need be, we can we can easily add comfortable mattresses for additional guests ( up to 6 more in total ).
There is also 1 washroom with washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR:
Here you will find the main entrance with a small entrance area as well as the rear exit door on the South side of the building.
There is our conference room with a large glass SAM creative presentation board.
Next door, you will find our cinema & leisure lounge which comes with an LG and SONOS home theatre boasting an ultra large "wall screen" ( 4 x1.5 meters! ) for the ultimate viewing experience and listening pleasure.
Our brand new double showers, are a real eye catcher and comfort zone!
Right next to it, there is a dining & party room (" beer hall ") offering additional community space ( with free capsule coffee, ice maker and a large fridge) for larger groups.
You will find another two washrooms with washbasin on this floor as well.
There is also a common laundry room with a state-of-the art Miele Professional washer and dryer.
As for the home cinema, you can chose between
A ) the basic set up with Mobile Cinema i400 only
and
B ) the optimal set up consisting of our LG Vivo beamer, Sony blue ray player and a fully fledged Sonos surround system with sound bar and speaker.
The option B is available at surcharge of 100 euros per stay.
It is only recommended for disciplined groups which can ensure the safe handling of this valuable home cinema set-up ( value 8000 euros! ).
We are offering this unique accommodation ( up to 360 m2 in total ) only for larger groups and parties (except during big expos ).
Guests who know how to appreciate this huge accommodation, kitchen, grill & chill and all aforementioned facilities in the very Heart of the City, are most welcome.
