English: Welcome to THE GREEN DOOR, my charming little rear building in Bielefeld Mitte. It is centrally located but quiet in the courtyard and has a small terrace with a view of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Bielefeld Mitte, only a 13-minute walk from the town hall and 20 minutes from the city center— so you are close to the action yet far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. :) The space The 40 square meter ground floor features a living room with a high-quality sofa bed (1.40 m fold-out mattress), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchenette, and a dining table. The living room opens onto the terrace with comfortable seating, a beach chair, and a raised herb garden. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a 1.80m bed and a workspace, as well as a modern shower room. From there, a staircase leads to the sleeping alcove, which offers another cozy place to sleep with a 1.20 m x 2.20 m mattress. It is suitable for one adult or 1-2 children. P.S. The bathtub is not really suitable for unathletic claustrophobics or very tall people, as it is located under the stairs. ;) German: Herzlich Willkommen im THE GREEN DOOR, meinem charmanten, kleinen Hinterhaus in Bielefeld Mitte. Es ist zentral aber ruhig gelegen im Innenhof und hat eine kleine Terrasse mit Gartenblick. Das Häuschen befindet sich zentral in Bielefeld Mitte, nur 13 Gehminuten vom Rathaus und 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt - so bist du nah dran am Geschehen und dennoch fernab vom Stadttrubel. :) The space Auf 40qm befindet sich im EG ein Wohnzimmer mit hochwertiger Schlafcouch (1,40m Matratze zum Klappen), ein Duschbad mit extra Badewanne, eine Kochniesche sowie ein Esstisch. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auch auf die Terrasse mit gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln, Strandkorb und einem Hochbeet mit Kräutern. Im OG befindet sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80m Bett und einem Arbeitsplatz sowie einem modernen Duschbad. Außerdem kommt man von dort über eine Treppe in die Schlafnische, die mit einer 1,20m x 2,20m Matratze einen weiteren, gemütlichen Schlafplatz bietet. Er eignet sich für einen Erwachsenen oder 1-2 Kinder. . Die Badewanne ist für unsportliche Klaustrophobiker oder sehr große Menschen eher ungeeignet, da unter der Treppe platziert.;)
