The 20-party house is surrounded by greenery in the middle of the Fruerlund district above the fjord, in a traffic-calmed zone. There is a pleasant, friendly Nordic atmosphere. On the outskirts you will find some green spaces and hiking trails.
After you have entered the well-kept property through a passage, your solid building, built in the 80s, is at the far left in the back.
A staircase leads you to your apartment on the 1st floor.

With a Flens' you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the countryside and the tranquility here in summer.
Now and then a steamer hoots from the nearby fjord, or the seagulls squawk.
In the kitchen, hallway with storage cupboard, plenty of storage space, bathroom, bedroom and living room, nothing is missing that you need for living and if it is... it will be taken care of if possible.
Position
The good, practical location, not far from the Volkspark, invites you to sporting activities and beautiful walks.
The harbor tip can be reached by car in 5 minutes ... a wonderful 20-minute walk along the fjord lures with fish stalls and great picturesque views.
You are also welcome to use the large, beautifully mature community garden.
The city can be reached quickly, and with it the city centre, the harbor and many of the beautiful Nordic destinations.
In the surrounding area you will find shops, restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies. It is only 15 minutes by car to the Danish border.
Buses, about a 5-minute walk away, go to the city every 10 minutes. The city center is with its Holm, a great shopping and cultural experience.
Denmark , our beautiful neighboring country is just a stone's throw away.
The nearest national airport is Flensburg or Sønderborg Lufthavn on the Danish side. From there you have connections to international airports and destinations.

Die Stadt ist schnell erreichbar, und mit ihr die Innenstadt, der Hafen und viele der wunderschönen nordischen Ausflugsziele.
In der fußläufigen Umgebung finden Sie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bäckereien und auch Apotheken. Bis zur Dänischen Grenze sind es nur knapp 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.
