English: This studio is right in the middle of Berlin, close to Alexanderplatz, in a very nice and safe area. The wonderful Volkspark Friedrichshain is within 5 min. walking distance. The very famous Karl-Marx-Allee is within 3 min. walking distance. There you'll find a subway station. A bus stop is right in front of the house and a tram station is near the park. Bars, restaurants, cafés and shops are all around the corner.
The studio itself is located in the rear building on the 1st floor. There is a courtyard with bicycle racks, also very quiet and green. The studio is bright and fully equipped. The is a sofa and an armchair, a double bed, a desk with a printer, shelves and 2 closets. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a large fridge and freezer and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a small balcony, big enough for 2-3 people to sit on.

Es gibt ein Sofa und einen Sessel, ein Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch mit einem Drucker, Regale und 2 Schränke. Die Küche ist mit einem Herd und Backofen, einem großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon, der groß genug für 2-3 Personen ist, um darauf zu sitzen.
