Our spacious and cozy flat is located in the heart of Berlin's lively and central Moabit district, on the second floor of a renovated and well-maintained old building (year of construction 1900) – easily accessible by elevator. The approximately 95 m² of living space includes a large living room with tall windows and access to a large balcony overlooking Westhafen, a large bedroom with a queen-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a small desk; a smaller bedroom also with a queen-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), a closet, and a desk. The kitchen overlooking the courtyard is fully equipped with a Smeg refrigerator, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and table. The bathroom has a large window and is modernly furnished with a bathtub and shower. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Next to the bathroom is a guest toilet.
