Rent 5 bedroom apartment of 125 m² in Berlin

we are planning to spend a year abroad and would like to rent out our apartment for the period - . ( till also possible).
Our place is located in the beautiful Friedenau - one of the favourite neighbourhoods in Berlin for families with children, nearby wonderful parks, playgrounds, restaurants and cafes and some very good nurseries and schools. The building is on a nice, green street, there is a groceries store and a small Italian deli just around the corner, parking lots are not difficult to find. Only 4 other families live in the house, all very kind, respectful and quiet. There is a U-Bahn station 1min away and an S-Bahn station 5min away.
The apartment has 5 rooms (master bedroom, kids bedroom, office/ guest bedroom, kitchen, living room and a dining room). It is airy and well lighten with high ceilings, plenty of windows and high quality, stylish furniture.
We are looking for a couple with or without kids (non-smokers and no pets) who will treat our place with respect and care. We can also put you in touch with our cleaning lady who currently cleans our apartment weekly.
Costs are per month, all costs are included.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Friedenau - einem der beliebtesten Stadtteile Berlins für Familien mit Kindern, in der Nähe von wunderschönen Parks, Spielplätzen, Restaurants und Cafés und einigen sehr guten Kindergärten und Schulen. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen, grünen Straße, es gibt einen Lebensmittelladen und einen kleinen italienischen Feinkostladen gleich um die Ecke, Parkplätze sind nicht schwer zu finden. Im Haus wohnen nur 4 andere Familien, die alle sehr nett, respektvoll und ruhig sind. Es gibt eine U-Bahn-Station in 1 Minute und eine S-Bahn-Station in 5 Minuten Entfernung.
Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer (Elternschlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Büro/Gästezimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer). Sie ist luftig und hell mit hohen Decken, vielen Fenstern und hochwertigen, stilvollen Möbeln.
Wir suchen ein Paar mit oder ohne Kinder (Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere), das unsere Wohnung mit Respekt und Sorgfalt behandelt. Wir können Sie auch mit unserer Putzfrau in
