3 rooms apartment of 86m² in Stuttgart

We are Lydia and Lennard, both studying in Stuttgart, and we are renting out our beloved old building apartment from August until the end of December 2026 or the end of January 2027, as we are doing an exchange semester in Asia for a few months. The apartment is super bright, spacious, and has high ceilings with stucco.
