My apartment is located right in the heart of Sternschanze – truly in the middle of the action, not just nearby – offering a beautiful view of the lively Susannenstraße! :) From here, you can easily get anywhere, whether on foot, by city bike, or via the S- and U-Bahn stations, which are just 3 and 5 minutes away, respectively. Shopping options are also just a few minutes away (Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Edeka); there are countless restaurants and bars, as well as many small boutiques. It is a small but charming old building apartment with a balcony room, a bedroom and living room, a tiny bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen, in addition to the standard appliances like stove, oven, and refrigerator, is also equipped with a microwave, kettle, Thermomix TM6, blender, and toaster – and for musical enjoyment, there’s a Marshall speaker :) For all coffee lovers, everything is covered: a pour-over filter, French press, Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine, and a Bialetti are available. On top of that, there’s an induction milk frother and an electric coffee grinder. The living room has a large TV and a record player. The bedroom features a 160 x 200 cm bed with a 200 x 200 cm duvet. On the balcony, you can relax comfortably in a hanging chair; there’s also a small table and a separate chair.
