3 rooms apartment of 100 m² in Berlin

English: We offer our beloved large apartment in a new build small compound within a fantastic community. The apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen and a large dining table. The living room is directly connected to a large south oriented balcony and view into the surrounding lush greenery. It’s an oasis within the city where you can hear birds chirping all the time. There are two bedrooms available. The primary bedroom has a large double bed and a single bed on tatami mats currently used as a cosleeping bed with our baby son. The double and single beds can be also separated if you wish. The second bedroom has a classic double bed. There is a home office with a high adjustable desk. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower. German: Wir bieten unsere geliebte große Wohnung in einer neu gebauten kleinen Anlage in einer fantastischen Gemeinschaft. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und einem großen Esstisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist direkt mit einem großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon verbunden und bietet einen Blick in das umliegende üppige Grün. Es ist eine Oase in der Stadt, in der man die ganze Zeit die Vögel zwitschern hören kann. Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett auf Tatami-Matten, die derzeit als Co-Sleeping Bett mit unserem kleinen Sohn verwendet werden. Die Doppel- und Einzelbetten können auch getrennt werden, wenn Sie es wünschen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein klassisches Doppelbett. Es gibt ein Home-Office mit einem hohen verstellbaren Schreibtisch. Das Badezimmer bietet sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine Dusche.
