English: I am looking for a reliable and tidy subtenant for my stay abroad from approx. - .
I am renting out my well-designed, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building.
2.5 rooms. Living room, bedroom and dressing room.
The apartment is fully furnished. On request I can also take furniture from the apartment.
Duvet/pillows/bed linen and towels are not provided.
A fitted kitchen as good as new is available incl. coffee machine, freezer, cutlery etc.
Pets and smokers are unfortunately not an option.

German: Für meinen Auslandsaufenthalt von ca - suche ich eine/-n zuverlässigen und ordentlichen Untermieter/-in.
Ich vermiete meine gut geschnittene, großzügige Dachgeschosswohnung im 2. OG eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses.
2,5 Zimmer. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Ankleidezimmer.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Auf Wunsch kann ich aber auch Möbel aus der Wohnung nehmen.
Bettdecke/Kissen/Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen nicht zur Verfügung.
Eine neuwertige Einbauküche ist vorhanden inkl. Kaffeemaschine, Tiefkühlschrank, Besteck etc.
Haustiere und Raucher sind leider keine Option.
