1 room apartment of 35m² in Bremen

Arrive and immediately feel at home. Our small, cozy apartment is located in Peterswerder - a few minutes away from the Weser, to numerous cafes and restaurants and yet very quiet in a beautiful street with many typical old Bremen houses. With a lot of personal effort and love for the old building fabric, we renovated the small granny flat with natural materials. Clay plaster, wall heating, underfloor heating and oiled wooden floorboards give the apartment a pleasant indoor climate. Some components, such as the interior doors, floors, wall tiles in the kitchen area and the window to the garden (with new double insulating glazing) are original from 1895 and have been carefully restored and integrated into the new design concept. Some new wooden furniture and the kitchen were designed and made by ourselves. A new, modern bathroom with tub, walk-in shower and skylight to the kitchen area brings a special flair to the charming old apartment. In the living/bedroom there is a high-quality sofa bed, so that the space can be used flexibly. To optimize sleeping comfort, there is a comfortable latex topper on the sofa bed. Fast Wi-Fi, as well as a TV with Netflix and Prime are also available, so hopefully nothing is missing. And if you do, we are always available.
