English: This apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in the district of Berlin Wedding, not far from the subway station Osloer Straße. The apartment has a hallway over which the individual rooms are distributed. In total there is a bedroom, a living room/dining room/study room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
There is a penny store 5 minutes away on foot, and a Kaufland store about 12 minutes away on foot. Numerous Spätis have also settled in the area, so they are only a few minutes walk away.
The furniture found in the apartment are all newly purchased and only a few months old. I therefore ask for careful handling.
