3 rooms apartment of 80 m² in Frankfurt

*English* We rent a nice, fully furnished apartment in Niederrad. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, EBK, bathroom, a small balcony and a small garden. The apartment is newly renovated, kitchen and bathroom are completely new. The apartment is located on the first floor of an EFH - I myself live directly above it, so if something (broken) should happen, I am usually there and can help. International tenants are welcome - I speak fluent English and a little French and Spanish. Facilities EBK with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, hot water boiler, hand blender, crockery, bathroom with level-access shower, washing machine, ironing board, WZ with TV, both WZ have underfloor heating, small balcony available, garden use possible. Bedsizes are 140 cm in both bedrooms. Location The location is ideal for airliners or FRAPORT employees. The tram is only 1 minute away, the S-Bahn to the airport is about 8 minutes on foot, the airport bus about 5 minutes. Excellent bus and train connections to Frankfurt Airport. Miscellaneous The post office, various shopping markets, pharmacies, general practitioners and dentists are in the immediate vicinity. No pets. Since the apartment is fully furnished, it is suitable for people who are only working in Frankfurt for a limited time. Therefore it is predestined for airliners, also because of the good connection to the airport. If you like to have the apartment cleaned, I am able to do that for an extra fee, depending upon the time spent cleaning. NOTE: As the other floors of the house are partly under construction during the daytime, home office workers will probably not feel comfortable, as it will be noisy during construction work. If you work as a home office employee, this apartment will not be suited for you. *Deutsch* Wir vermieten eine schöne, vollmöblierte Wohnung in Niederrad. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, EBK, Bad, einen kleinen Balkon und einen kleinen Garten. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, Küche und Bad sind komplett neu. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines EFH - ich selber wohne direkt darüber, bin also, wenn mal etwas (kaputt) sein sollte, in der Regel da und kann helfen. Internationale Mieter sind willkommen - ich spreche fliessend englisch und ein wenig französisch und spanisch. Ausstattung EBK mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Heißwasserkocher, Handmixer, Geschirr, Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, WZ mit Fernseher, beide SZ haben Fußbodenheizung, kleiner Balkon vorhanden, Gartennutzung möglich. Die Betten sind jeweils 140 cm breit. Lage Für Airliner oder FRAPORT Mitarbeiter ist die Lage ideal. Die Straßenbahn ist nur 1 Minute entfernt, zur S-Bahn zum Flughafen sind es ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss, zum Flughafenbus ca. 5 Minuten. Sonstiges In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen die Post, diverse Einkaufsmärkte, Apotheken und Allgemein- sowie Zahnärzte. Haustiere nur nach Absprache... Katzen sind jedoch herzlich willkommen. :) Da die Wohnung vollmöbliert ist, bietet sie sich für Personen an, die nur eine befristete Zeit in Frankfurt arbeiten, von daher ist sie für Airliner prädestiniert, auch wegen der guten Verbindung zum Airport. Wer eine regelmäßige Reinigung des Apartments möchte - ich kann das ggf. übernehmen, für einen entsprechenden Aufpreis, der sich nach der Länge der Reinigungsarbeiten richtet. ANMERKUNG: Da in den anderen Etagen des Hauses Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden, kann es tagsüber lauter werden. Für Leute, die im Home Office arbeiten, ist das Apartment daher ungeeignet, da mit Lärm zu rechnen ist.
