2 rooms apartment of 85m² in Tübingen

This is a furnished apartment in a 400 year old house that we have restored and completely renovated in 2011-12. We have used the original elements like mud and lime on the walls and ceilings so we would be happy to have someone in the apartment who will appreciate and care for the historical elements. Heating is built into the walls and everything is new including the floor, windows, bathroom, kitchen etc. All furniture and kitchenware is in the apartment - you only need to bring your bags and feel at home. The town square is a 5 min walk from home. There is a 20 sq meter roof terrace attached to the apartment where you can enjoy the flair of old town.
