3 rooms apartment of 95m² in Hamburg

We sublet our apartment immediately, as we ourselves will be on sabbatical. It is super nice, bright and very centrally located. To the U3 Hamburger Strasse it is 500m. Budni, Rewe and Edeka as well as the shopping center Hamburger Meile are within walking distance as well as many small stores, cafes and restaurants on the Wandsbeker Chaussee. The apartment has a terace and a small garden. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, tiles in kitchen and bathroom, wooden floor in the rest of the apartment, internet/TV/telephone, cable connection. Storage for bicycles in the cellar. Pets by arrangement. The apartment can be either rented to a small family (second room is equpped with babybed tec). But we can also provide a full doublebed for the second bedroom if two work colleagues need to share the apartment. We would then agree with you a sublease agreement as well as an additional agreement for the use of the WLAN. The use as a WG is not allowed. The costs are ALL-IN. Incl. water, electricity, heating, WLAN etc.. So nothing is added. :) The apartment we rent completely furnished.
