Great apartment in the heart of Berlin Schöneberg for rent during my sabbatical. It's actually an 80m² apartment with 3 rooms. However, I'll be closing off my bedroom with my personal belongings, which is why there are still - 2 rooms (one bedroom and living room) - Full bathroom - Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, raised oven, refrigerator, all kinds of electrical appliances) - Large, quiet balcony - Cleaning included every two weeks (must be used) - Utilities - Internet - Elevator for rent. The apartment is NOT suitable for shared accommodation and is not accepted as such. Individual rentals or a maximum of one couple. The apartment is located in a very quiet building – therefore, no parties. The house is close-knit. Shared accommodation inquiries will not be accepted. The rental period of 6 months must also be met. Liability insurance and proof of income are required!
