The living/sleeping room is very bright and cozy thanks to large windows. The double bed has a lying area of cm. The renovated bathroom has a bathtub and internal ventilation. built-in wardrobe in the plank and the LED TV complete the offer. In the basement of the house, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available to the tenants. In the courtyard you can use the parking spaces according to availability. A fixed reservation of the parking lot is possible by arrangement and with an extra charge of 25,00 € per month. Final cleaning costs 50,00 € additional.
