The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own car park which operates 5 spaces on a first come first serve basis and charged at 100 Euros monthly. Clothes washing facilities such as washing machines are shared in the basement but you are able to dry your clothes in your apartment using facilities available. Irons can be loaned with a 50 Euro deposit on request Small pets are allowed at the tenants responsibility You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city.
