1 room apartment of 28m² in Munich

Die ruhige Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und liegt nahe der U-Bahn Station Laimer Platz (5 min Fußweg oder 2 Buststationen - Bushaltestelle ist 50m vor dem Haus). Von dort sind des mit der U-Bahn nur 8 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Aufgrund der Bestimmungen der Stadt München biete ich dieses Apartment nur für einen Mindestaufenthalt von 6 Monaten an. Im Gegenzug biete ich alle Unterschriften für eine legale Anmeldung in München. ----English version ---- The quiet flat on the ground floor has a large balcony and is close to the underground station Laimer Platz (5 min walk or just one busstation - station is 50m away). Form there you are in the center of town in just 8 minutes. Due to legal restrictions in Munich I offer this apartment for a minimum stay of 6 month only.
