Tram stop "Louisenstraße" 1 minute around the corner. ICE / S-Bahn station "Dresden-Neustadt" 10 minutes on foot. It is a 15-minute walk through the beautiful baroque district to the old town or 5 minutes ride by tram. And from the sunny balcony you have a wonderful view of the Neustadt. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, built around 1900: high ceilings, parquet, ... The house was completely renovated in 1998. The apartment faces south and is therefore beautifully bright and flooded with light. The balcony is also sunny all day. You have a great view of Louisenstrasse. The entire Neustadt is a Wilhelminian style district and has kept its charm. German: Die Altbauwohnung ist am Rande des Dresdner Szene- und Gründerzeitviertels: die Neustadt. Viele nette Bars, Restaurants, kleine Läden, Galerien, Biergärten, Clubs ...alles wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Tramhalt "Louisenstraße" 1 min um die Ecke. ICE/S-Bahnhof "Dresden-Neustadt" 10min zu Fuß. Man ist in 15 min zu Fuß, durch das schöne Barockviertel, in der Altstadt oder in 5 min mit der Tram. Und vom sonnigen Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das quirlige Treiben der Neustadt. Meine Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau, um 1900 gebaut: hohe Decken, Parkett, ... Das Haus wurde 1998 grundsaniert. Die Wohnung liegt Richtung Süden und ist damit schön hell und lichtdurchflutet. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls den ganzen Tag sonnig. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Louisenstraße. Die gesamte Neustadt ist ein Gründerzeitviertel, dass während des Krieges nicht zerstört wurde und seinen Charme erhalten hat.
