English: Bright, very cozy, beautiful and fully equipped apartment in the attic of a restored old building in the best location of the south of Dortmund. Only two other single persons live in the whole house at the moment and there are only 3 apartments in total. An apartment with a feel-good factor near the edge of the forest.
The apartment consists mainly of a kitchen-living room, a bed-sitting room, a bathroom with a bathtub (with a window) and a small hallway.
It is located in the attic of a one-and-a-half-story house from the 30s, on the "right side", . southwest.

Bedroom: 3-piece closet, sofa bed IKEA Beddinge , armchairs, tables.
Kitchen-living room: kitchen with under-counter refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave with mini-grill function, Senseo coffee maker, hot water kettle and much more, complete crockery equipment.
Bathroom: bathtub, sink, toilet, with window.
The windows are equipped with interior blinds (in the living/sleeping area can also be completely darkened) as well as with the Velux heat protection sets.
Renting to single person.
There is of course the possibility of an online inspection. In this case, I will go together with you, for example, via whattsapp video or Facetime connected through the apartment and answer your questions via video chat.
Side street in the middle of Kirchhörde. The residential area is considered good to very good residential area, the location of this apartment is one of them. Good transport links, quickly to the B1 (A 40 and A 44) and the BAB 45, as well as good connections to public transport. Stores for daily needs nearby, a bakery in sight, about 50 meters away. The best Edeka in the world :-) you can also easily reach on foot.
Photos are all current, from March 2022, something to get used to perhaps because they are drawn from the images of a 360 degree camera (Ricoh Theta V), but they are just a little more reflecting the space.

German: Helle, sehr gemütliche, schöne und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines restaurierten Altbaus in bester Lage des Dortmunder Südens. Komplett möbliert u. a. mit SAT TV Gerät, Küche mit Esstisch (der auch als Arbeitsbereich genutzt werden kann) sehr bequemes Schlafsofa, Kleiderschrank, mehrere Tische, kleiner Ledersessel.
Im ganzen Haus leben zur Zeit nur lediglich zwei weitere einzelne Personen und es sind insgesamt nur 3 Wohneinheiten. Eine Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor in Waldrandnähe.
Die Wohnung besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Wohnküche, einem Wohnschlafraum, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne (mit Fenster) und einem kleinen Flur.
Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss eines anderthalbgeschossigen Hauses aus den 30er Jahren, auf der "richtigen Seite", also Südwesten.
Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. English language spoken.

Badezimmer: Badewanne, Waschbecken, WC, mit Fenster.
Die Fenster sind sowohl mit Innen Jalousien (im Wohn/schlafbereich auch komplett zu verdunkeln) als auch mit den Velux Hitzeschutz Sets ausgestattet.
Vermietung an Einzelperson (maximal 2 Personen im Einzelfall).
Es besteht selbstverständlich die Möglichkeit einer online Besichtigung. Dabei werde ich zusammen mit Ihnen z. B. per whattsapp Video oder Facetime verbunden durch die Wohnung gehen und Ihre Fragen per Videochat beantworten.
Nebenstrasse mitten in Kirchhörde. Die Wohnlage gilt als gute bis sehr gute Wohnlage, die Lage dieser Wohnung gehört dazu. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, schnell an der B1 (A 40 und A 44) sowie an der BAB 45, ebenso gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe, ein Bäcker in Sichtweite, in etwa 50 Meter Entfernung. Den besten Edeka der Welt :-) erreichen Sie ebenfalls auch problemlos zu Fuss.
Fotos sind alle aktuell, aus März 2022, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig vielleicht da sie aus den Bildern einer 360 Grad Kamera (Ricoh Theta V) gezogen sind, dafür sind sie eben etwas eher den Raum wiedergebend.
