1 room apartment of 60m² in Berlin

English: Hello Friends I would like to sublet my apartment from to for 2 months. My contract is ending by end of February and you could try to get the apartment for longer time but you gotta talk to the landlord and have the usual documents. From my side, I‘m interested to just cover the last 2 month‘s rent. The apartment is furnished and is gonna stay furnished after I leave. (Möbliert auf Zeit: 1,5 Jahre) Location: Kottbusser Tor ( Engelsbecken) Cold rent: 1250€ Warm: 1580€ I would also show you the contract, this is what I‘m paying. Deposit: 3* cold rent : 3750€ Pls German: Hallo, ich werde für etwa 6 Monate verreisen und möchte meine Wohnung in dieser Zeit untervermieten. Der Zeitraum ist etwas flexibel, aber idealerweise ab dem für 6 Monate – eventuell auch etwas länger. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und wunderschön. Es gibt außerdem einen Kamin und ein Klavier – perfekt, wenn du Musik liebst oder einfach gemütliche Abende magst.
