Cologne Central Station, Cologne Cathedral, Hansaring, Eigelstein Gate, and the popular Agnesviertel district are all within walking distance. The A57 and A3 motorways are also easily accessible by car, making the location ideal for commuters and professionals. Despite its central location, the apartment is situated on a narrow, quiet one-way street with a charming local atmosphere. Directly outside the building, you will find the historic St. Ursula Basilica as well as the traditional Cologne pub “Schreckenskammer”.
