English: Hi, The small room in our shared flat for 2 people is becoming available. The apartment has just been renovated and is very central, has a brand new kitchen and a balcony. The rooms are already fully furnished. If you have any questions, please The large room has approx. 25 square meters and the small one 15 square meters. Both rooms are fully furnished. :) The entire apartment is also furnished, bed linen and towels available, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cutlery & crockery etc.. There is even a nice balcony with a view of the greenery for breakfast. :) Viewing online or in person possible.
