The apartment is centrally located (directly behind the cinema and 2min walk to the pedestrian zone of the city center) and is ideal for a single person or a couple. The bed measures 2.20m x 2.00m and offers enough space even for tall people. Despite the central location of the apartment, it is very quiet, as it faces an inner courtyard. From the balcony you can see the forest of the Vestungsberg, which gives you an absolutely natural feeling right in the city. There is also a basement compartment, which contains both a washing machine and a dryer. A parking space directly in front of the house is also included.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (direkt hinter dem Kino und 2min fußläufig zur Fußgängerzone der Innenstadt) und eignet sich optimal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Ebenfalls bietet sie in Form eines extra Raumes inkl. elektrisch höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch auch eine gute Möglichkeit für Home Office. Das Bett verfügt mit den Maßen 2,20m x 2,00m über genügend Platz auch für große Menschen. Trotz der zentralen Lage der Wohnung ist sie sehr ruhig, da sie in einen Innenhof gerichtet ist. Vom Balkon aus blickt man auf den Wald des Vestungsberges, wodurch man direkt in der Stadt ein absolut naturnahes Gefühl verspürt. Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil, in dem sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch ein Trockner stehen. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ebenfalls inklusive.
Die persönlichen Gegenstände, welche noch auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, verschwinden selbstverständlich. Ebenso wie 1 Bildschirm aus dem Arbeitszimmer. Der Rest bleibt so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.
