The apartment has another half room, which we use as storage for personal belongings.
The period is also flexible by arrangement.
The apartment is very centrally located - 8 min to the main station -, Landwehr (S1) and Wartenau (U1) are in the immediate vicinity.

There will still be room for the bed in the study, the sofa in the living room will then be replaced by the one in the study. The bed can also be moved into the living room if desired.

Wir bieten dir hier ein 160 Bett, ein Arbeitsplatz mit höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, Stauraum für Klamotten etc., ein Sofa, Fernseher, eine voll ausgestatte Küche (mit Geschirrspüler!) und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung hat noch ein halbes Zimmer, das wir jedoch als Lager für persönliche Gegenstände nutzen.
Zeitraum ist je nach Absprache auch flexibel.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen - 8 min zum HBF -, Landwehr (S1) und Wartenau (U1) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
