5 rooms apartment of 100 m² in Berlin

English: We are offering our Bergmannkiez home for five weeks while we travel this winter. Our flat is cozy all winter long and a perfect spot to work from home or get settled in while you start your new life in Berlin. Perfectly located, in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the city, with three grocery stores, a pharmacy, a wine shop and a cake shop within 100m and in between two huge parks (Viktoria Park and Gleisdreieck Park). Our historic home offers modern comforts with the beauty of 1886 architecture. Six, two-meter high south-facing, original wooden windows bathe our space with light all day long (even in the winter). The double insulated windows keep the apartment warm and cozy. We can set it up for a child or two to join or put the toys in storage for your stay. Our home was originally two apartments, it offers two spacious, adjoined rooms for living and dining in addition to a modern well-equipped kitchen with an island that provides plenty of workspace and area to congregate. All three main rooms are joined by 2.5m original double doors offering an effortless flow to the space. We have three cozy (yet very narrow) sleeping rooms with , 80x200 (possible to extend to ), and a 70X120. The apartment is listed as two sleeping rooms even though there are technically three (a small one for a young child). We have two full bathrooms. One was recently remodeled in a cheerful shade of pink with floor heating and an Italian (walk-in) shower. The other is smaller and in need of a remodel but it is tidy and functional (a typical Berliner Altbau bathroom). To clarify, we have a projector with good speakers for movie nights. It is described as a home cinema because of the options provided by WF. We can’t offer you registration (Anmeldung) but we can communicate with you in English or German. This is our home where we have lived for a decade, welcomed our children into our family, and a space we treasure. We are looking for temporary tenants/guests who will take care while enjoying our home. We are potentially moving in 2025, so it might be possible to extend your stay if everything goes well. Of course, registration (Anmeldung) will be possible if the stay is extended. German: We are renting our Bergmannkiez apartment for 9 weeks while we travel this winter.
