1 room apartment of 64m² in Berlin

English: I am renting Out my 63sqm Apartment in Central Berlin. I have been living in the flat for three year now. I planned the renovation myself and picked every detail and material out with care. A lot of the furniture is built by myself to fit the rooms perfectly. the flat is incredibly sunny in summer, especially in the living room! I think it is the right place if you want to be central but also pay attention to a good living atmosphere and want to feel hosted when you come home. German: Ich vermiete meine 63qm Wohnung in Berlin Mitte. Ich wohne jetzt seit fast einem Jahr in der Wohnung. Die Renovierung habe ich selbst geplant und jedes Detail und Material sorgfältig ausgesucht. Viele der Möbel sind selbst gebaut und passen perfekt in die Räume. Die Wohnung ist im Sommer unglaublich sonnig, besonders im Wohnzimmer! Ich denke, es ist der richtige Ort, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte, aber auch auf eine gute Wohnatmosphäre achtet und sich willkommen fühlen möchte, wenn man nach Hause kommt.
