The stylish and central apartment (3rd floor, no lift) was completely renovated in December 2024 and has a bedroom with two single box-spring beds, which are arranged as a king-size double bed but can also be placed separately, as well as a desk. The spacious living room has a comfortable 1.40 m wide sofa bed for two people, a 55-inch smart TV, Netflix streaming for free, fast WiFi and a cosy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, cooker, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and washer-dryer. In addition, salt and pepper fresh from the mill as well as 4 different spices and oils are available for the beginning free of charge, so that nothing stands in the way of a successful dinner. The completely renovated bathroom has a rainfall shower. Towels and bed linen are provided and can be changed regularly on request for a fee. We provide for the move-in two bottles of water and a selection of Starbucks coffee capsules and 6 types of tea free of charge. Interesting for larger groups: We have three apartments in this building, which can accommodate up to 16 people in total. There are cameras at the front door and in the corridors. There are noise and smoke detection sensors in the apartments.
