There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be extended a bit, so that two people would fit here. The third room has a sofa in it and can be used as an office space as well. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One of them is equipped with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub. There is also a private patio.

AREA
Living next to the central station in Berlin is like a privilege. The good connections, the international and well-kept neighborhoods characterize the district. Despite the central location, the area is very quiet.

Schöne 4-Zimmer-Wohnung mit offenem Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche. Die Wohnung ist trotz der zentralen Lage zur Straße hin sehr hell und ruhig. Dreifach verglaste Fenster. Es gibt insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Einzelbett, das etwas ausgezogen werden kann, so dass hier zwei Personen Platz finden würden. Das dritte Zimmer ist mit einem Sofa ausgestattet und kann auch als Büro genutzt werden. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer in der Wohnung. Eines davon ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche und eines mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine private Terrasse.

In Berlin neben dem Hauptbahnhof zu wohnen, ist wie ein Privileg. Die gute Anbindung, die internationale und gepflegte Nachbarschaft zeichnen den Stadtteil aus. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Gegend sehr ruhig.
