English: The vacation home is located near Lake Weissensee and awaits you with two bedrooms, a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, free WiFi, a Smart TV and great facilities. The house is located in the backyard and is therefore nice and quiet. The accommodation is just 15 minutes from 'Alexanderplatz'. The district 'Prenzlauer Berg' with many options for eating out is about 10 minutes away. The nearest airport is Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), approx. 30 km away. The accommodation has a kitchenette and a small bathroom as well as two bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a desk and a large wardrobe for your clothes. The living area/second bedroom is located on the upper floor. This room functions as an open space that is furnished with a double bed (1.40m), a large smart TV, a small couch and a dining table! The small house is located in the Weißensee district directly adjacent to Prenzlauer Berg. The street is divided into two by the streetcar tracks, but therefore also allows a quick transfer to the most important locations within Berlin. On the corner are many shopping facilities (250 m to the supermarket, 200 m to the drugstore etc.), restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The house is located between 2 streetcar stations ('Antonplatz' and 'Albertinenstrasse'). From there you can take the M4 directly to 'Alexanderplatz'. The 'Hauptbahnhof' can be reached within 35min. (Tram 12 and then M10 from 'Nordbahnhof'). Das Haus steht im Hinterhof und ist demnach schön ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist gerade einmal 15 min vom ‘Alexanderplatz' entfernt. Der Stadtteil ‘Prenzlauer Berg’ mit vielen Option zum Essen gehen ist ca. 10min. entfernt. Der nächstgelegene Flughafen ist der ca. 30 km entfernte Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg (BER). Die Unterkunft hat eine Küchenzeile und ein kleines Bad sowie zwei Schlafzimmer. Im unteren Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch und einen großen Schrank für Deine Kleidung. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich der Wohnbereich/zweite Schlafzimmer. Dieses Zimmer fungiert als offener Raum, der mit einem Doppelbett (1.40m), einem großen Smart-TV, einer kleinen Couch und einem Esstisch ausgestattet ist! Das kleine Haus liegt im Stadtteil Weißensee direkt angrenzend zu dem Prenzlauer Berg. Die Straße wird durch die Straßenbahnschienen in zwei geteilt, ermöglicht daher aber auch einen schnellen Transfer zu den wichtigsten Standorten innerhalb Berlins. Auf der Ecke sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (250 m zum Supermarkt, 200 m zum Drogeriemarkt etc.), Restaurants und Cafés fußläufig entfernt. Das Ferienhaus liegt zwischen 2 Straßenbahnstation (‘Antonplatz’ und ‘ Albertinenstrasse’). Von dort kann man direkt mit der M4 bis zum ‘Alexanderplatz’ durchfahren.
