The apartment has 3 rooms: a large kitchen and living room (as one room together), a bedroom, and a children's room. The apartment is fully furnished and has a large fully equipped kitchen. There is also a very nice and large terrace overlooking the canal in a quiet location. Overall, the entire apartment is in a wonderfully quiet location. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. There is also a guest bathroom with a second toilet and shower. The bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm bed and a very comfortable mattress. The children's room also has a 140 cm bed, also equipped with a mattress on which adults can sleep comfortably. There is enough storage space for your personal belongings. A large closet in the bedroom will be cleared for your personal belongings. There is also a large closet in the children's room. The apartment is very suitable for couples and families with children. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. You are very welcome to visit the apartment in advance. It is best to discuss all details with us in advance by phone. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer. Eine große Wohnküche, ein Schlaf- und ein Kinderzimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Eine große Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Ebenfalls gibt es eine sehr schöne und große Terrasse, die zum Kanal schaut und ruhig gelegen ist. Insgesamt ist die ganze Wohnung wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet, ein Gästebadezimmer mit zweiter Toilette und zweiter Dusche ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 180cm-Bett und sehr bequemer Matratze ausgestattet. Im Kinderzimmer befindet sich zusätzlich ein 140cm-Bett, ebenfalls mit einer Matratze ausgestattet auf der auch Erwachsene bequem nächtigen können. Es gibt genug Stauraum für eure persönlichen Gegenstände. Ein großer Schrank im Schlafzimmer wird für eure persönlichen Sachen freigeräumt. Weiterhin gibt es im Kinderzimmer einen großen Schrank. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für Paare und Familien mit Kindern. Haustiere nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Die Wohnung kann vorab sehr gerne besichtigt werden.
