1 room apartment of 45 m² in Berlin

English: Very bright apartment which was built a few years ago. Looking out of the window feels like looking into a green jungle, because of the trees across the streets. All you need is there: Towels, linen, fully equipped kitchen, very modern bathroom, Wi-Fi and so forth. If you need additional information, please let me know. What is not included is the GEZ fee for broadcasting/radio which is due if you do a „Wohnortanmeldung.“ Please note that the apartment has previously been used by our kids aupair. Thus there is a door that connects both apartments. The door is locked, will be locked at all times - as a matter of fact the door is "disactivated" as there are no door handles anymore.
