We are renting out our beautiful, bright 3-room apartment in Eimsbüttel, Hamburg. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet, between Grindelviertel, the University of Hamburg, Schanze, and Osterstraße. Parks and the Alster lake are also easily reachable on foot. The apartment is fully furnished and offers a bright study with an electric standing desk, a living room with a second workspace, a bedroom, and an eat-in kitchen. Additionally, there is a small south-facing terrace and a large west-facing terrace where barbecuing is allowed. Our children's room (adjacent to the study) will be separated and not included in the rental. Upon request, the study can be converted into a second bedroom with a single bed. The standing desk would then be placed in the living room. The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly courtyard with a great neighborhood community.
