English: We’re renting out our fully furnished and equipped apartment on the 3rd floor of a charming corner building. Thanks to its corner location, the space is filled with natural light and offers an open view of the surroundings. The minimum rental period is three months. The nearby Rosental park is just a few minutes away by foot or bike, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. The apartment comes with everything you need for daily life: high-speed Wi-Fi, GigaTV, a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding, bathroom essentials, and more. It’s also perfectly suited for working from home – there is a desk in every room. The rent includes all costs - wifi, TV, heating, electricity. The listed price is for one person. For an additional adult, we charge €100/month. A baby bed can be provided upon request. A cleaning service can be booked additionally if needed. We look forward to hearing from you! Durch die Ecklage ist die Wohnung wunderbar lichtdurchflutet und bietet einen offenen Blick in die Umgebung. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt drei Monate. Das Rosental ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar, und mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell mitten in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: schnelles WLAN, GigaTV, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Badutensilien und mehr. Auch fürs Home-Office ist sie ideal – in jedem Raum steht ein großzügiger Tisch zur Verfügung. Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten bereits enthalten: Strom, Internet, Giga-TV, Wasser, Heizung. Der Mietpreis gilt für eine Person. Für jede weitere erwachsene Person berechnen wir 100 €/Monat zusätzlich. Bei Bedarf kann ein Renigungsservice extra hinzugebucht werden.
