As I will not be in Hamburg from to I would like to sublet my flat.
The flat is fully furnished, as you can see in the pictures, and equipped with everything you need.

All utilities are included in the flat rate rent of 1950€.
This includes:
- Gas & electricity consumption
- WLAN / 250Mbit download included
- Water consumption included
Please note
As this is an old building, noise from neighbours cannot be ruled out
but we show consideration in the house. This also applies to you.
No parties, no other guests, no noise at night, absolute smoking ban!
In addition to proof of income, please also send proof of previous tenancy, if possible.
A residents' parking permit can also be issued on request.

Da ich vom bis nicht in Hamburg sein werden, möchte ich meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen voll möbliert und mit allem was Ihr so benötigt ausgestattet.

in der Pauschalmiete von 1950€ sind sämtliche Nebenkosten enthalten.
Dazu zählen:

Hinweis
Da es sich um Altbau handelt, sind eventuell Geräusche von Nachbarn nicht auszuschließen
wir nehmen jedoch Rücksicht im Haus. Gleiches gilt dann auch für dich.
Keine Partys, keine weiteren Gäste, kein Lärm nachts, absolutes Rauchverbot!
Neben Einkommensnachweisen bitte wenn möglich auch Vormieterbescheinigung mitschicken.
Auf Wunsch kann ggf. auch ein Bewohnerparkausweis ausgestellt werden
