1 room apartment of 59m² in Berlin

English: Hello everyone, we are Lena and Manuel, 25 and 29 years old, and our favorite hobby is traveling. That's why we decided to go on a one-year trip around the world. We are looking for subtenants — whether individuals or a couple — who will feel comfortable in our furnished apartment and take good care of it. The apartment is in a quiet location, yet it has excellent access to the city. It's also not far from the Spree, and there are shops all around that are within walking distance. Wir suchen Untermieter - egal ob alleinstehend oder als Paar - die sich in unserer möblierten Wohnung wohlfühlen und liebevoll damit umgehen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem besteht eine super Anbindung an die Stadt. Außerdem ist es nicht weit zur Spree und rundherum gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
