* Stromverbrauch ist mit 60 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 60 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.

Great location: Since the apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, there are plenty of shopping possibilities in the vicinity. Also the Main Station is very close (10 min. walking distance)
* Electricity consumption of 60 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 60 units are included in the rent.
