English: As I'm moving abroad for the next 3 months, I'm looking for a subtenant from January. The apartment is located in the Wendish Quarter on the Altmarkt and has a very nice view of the Pushkin Park. Thanks to the central location, the most important Cottbus facilities can be reached in just a few minutes: Altmarkt (2 minutes on foot), Stadthalle (5 minutes on foot), btu (13 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike), train station (23 minutes on foot , 10 minutes by bike).
German: Wegen meines Umzugs ins Ausland bis Ende März suche ich ab Januar eine(n) Untermieter/in. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wendischen Viertel am Altmarkt und hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Puschkinpark.
